Shipments and returns
Delivery within 7 working days after your payment. Shipments are made either by Colissimo or Chronopost (only for metropolitan France and the EU: too expensive for other destinations)
WARNING : during sales periods, the delivery of up to 15 days. Indeed, I am alone to manage everything: both my shop in town and the website: thank you for your understanding !
The formula is Colissimo international (with signature) for the EU and other countries (including overseas territories)
The phrase "Chronopost" is the phrase "chronopost13" ie delivery within 24 hours after the mailing and BEFORE you arrive at 13 hours.
RATES : I apply the mail rates in national colissimo for France or international colissimo for the EU and the rest of the world.
I also remind you that as soon as I have deposited a package at the post office and that it has a tracking number: COLISSIMO single for 90% of purchases and LETTER FOLLOWED for the remaining 10% (small items and n Not exceeding 3 cm in height), my liability can not be incurred in case of loss or theft : see below article L121-19-4 of the Consumer Code.
It is therefore UNFINISHED to return you to me for any package lost by postal services or stolen in your box !
Le professionnel est responsable de plein droit à l'égard du consommateur de la bonne exécution des obligations résultant du contrat conclu à distance, que ces obligations soient exécutées par le professionnel qui a conclu ce contrat ou par d'autres prestataires de services, sans préjudice de son droit de recours contre ceux-ci.
Toutefois, il peut s'exonérer de tout ou partie de sa responsabilité en apportant la preuve que l'inexécution ou la mauvaise exécution du contrat est imputable soit au consommateur, soit au fait, imprévisible et insurmontable, d'un tiers au contrat, soit à un cas de force majeure.
Conformément à l'article 34 de la loi n° 2014-344 du 17 mars 2014, ces dispositions introduites par l'article 9 de ladite loi s'appliquent aux contrats conclus après le 13 juin 2014.
